Request about re-releasing legacy skins and limited icons.

Hi Riot. So with Snowdown Showdown here right now, I want to make a request when Lunar Revel inevitably comes around:

Please re-release Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere and Dragonblade Riven. And please make them permanent. Lunar Revel skins were always permanent and I see no plausible reason to make these the exception. It's especially awkward that the cultural inspirations from the skins have connections with other skins that are not Legacy (WK Xin and WK Jarvan, DB Talon, for example). If they are released permanently, people can collect all the skins at any time.

Going by precedent, I do think these will most likely be released for at least the duration of the event, but I do wish that they are made permanent as well.

Also, please re-release Icon of the Lunar Goddess/Dragonblade/Warring Kingdoms for the event as well. Going by precedent, limited icons that were obtainable through a non-buyable method were never made available again. But I would like to propose that because of this, people who were away at the duration or had not joined the LOL community at the time (like me) or otherwise will miss out on it. And I don't think it's fair to them.

This stems from the same reasons why you, Riot, have decided to make Legacy skins available for a certain amount of time every year since 2013. You might think it's less important with icons, and I would agree on a relative level, but the fact that they're limited would create the same path of problem as the limited skins did before 2013.

And if you release them, it doesn't have to be obtainable under the same circumstances, you could just put the past icons that were obtainable by making an objective, be obtainable this time through the store. It does no harm to anyone, and if you release the Icon of the WK/DB/LG in the store, I will certainly buy it. So there is demand.

And while I personally expressed that I want these icons specifically, my suggestions apply to all icons of the past and future.
