I use to win 90% of my games tho I was playing with an old laptop. Made me like LoL, so I bought a new computer and spent a lot of money on skins. Since, I lose 90% of my games. WTF RIOT ??? Why are you doing this to me ? I used to be matched with good players, good team comp and good plays. But since I spent money on LoL, I'm matched with trolls, unskilled players, bad team comp, and even if I have good scores, I keep on getting Defeat.

Exact same thing happens to most people. The reason is because little do people realize, Normals are filled with bots now, not just Dominion, but Summoner's Rift as well. There's fully automated bots, and then there's bots where people are there to chat occasionally while they go off and do other things, but the bot patterns are all the same.
So if you're wondering why you're being matched with people who lose hardcore, it's probably because they're a bot, they're pretty much all over the place now.
What is fueling this bot infestation? Demand for level 30 accounts on the black market.
Why are there so many people buying level 30 accounts? Massive ban waves.
In the end, banning everyone for trivial arguments has backfired on Riot, and now we've got smurfs stomping new players, along with bots everywhere, and the black market is thriving. What would have worked far better is chat restriction and low priority queues. Well played Lyte, you've made League into a bigger hell hole for everyone.
