Remove the requirement to lock in the champion

On many occasions, I have forgotten to lock in a champion. Unfortunately, I have lost promos for no reason except for this system. Once a champion is selected, the game should automatically lock that champion in once the 30 seconds are up. There is really no reason for this system.
