Pick/Ban Issue

Guys , I have been kicked out of the game endless times because the LoL Platform simply doesnt let you know when it's your turn to pick or ban. It's so fucking frustrating , lost series cause of it. Please , implement something in the platform , that POPS your lol client in front of the screen when it's your turn to do something. You understand the issue and I'm pretty sure it happened to a lot of people aswell , please do something about it.
