Are there any plans for Twitch?

I love this little stinker. He has such a unique play style being an assassin ADC. After all of his nerfs there really is no reason to pick him. If you want to assassinate as an ADC just pick Vayne. He needs some real love. Don't let such a awesome champ disappear.
