i was 2-2 in my promos to gold 5 and in champion select my game, for the 3rd time my computer crashes. now i have a 30 minute ban and i lost 11 lp. if you could please refund this and make me 2-2 in my promos that would be great. also i have no idea why my game is crashing in the first place.

Riot should refund u cause u have shitty PC? Why dont u go to wherever u bought PC, and ask them for refund. Then buy proper PC. Riot doesnt refund LP or promo games.
