@Riot, are the new SKT skins going to come out after the Ryze rework?

I remember they were put on hold for not being up to the standard that previous Worlds skins have been. So with Ryze being set for a major rework and also being one of the skin choices, did you decide to knock two birds out with one stone and just have them release simultaneously?

Speaking of Ryze rework, any projected dates?
