Why league of legends is losing its touch to me

League of legends used to have a set in stone meta. Back from season 4 it went from assasins to tank to devour to adc, Now looking at games the meta is a complete mess and players seem very confused as to what to play, 3 adcs in every lane doesnt make for a very good adc meta because its trash and hasnt worked yet from my experience. We still see alot of devourer but we also see wild ward junglers. The game has alot of things that are considers "viable" but all of those picks would be drowned out by the ops. We see alot of god tier picks that have fallen to mid tier or so because riot hasnt compensated them of nerfed other champions who truely need it.
