Two ideas I had for Gameplay changes concerning Homeguards and Poacher's Knife
1. Homeguard
- I saw some concerns that Homeguard is far to prevalent as the optimal choice even when you really want alternatives such as Furor or Alacrity.
- Instead of nerfing Homeguards or buffing the rest, take Homeguard off of Boots.
- Add Homeguard onto a new defensive item that would generally be good for anyone.
- Now you can get both your favorite Enchant and Homeguard, without making number changes or making the effect baseline.
2. Poacher's Knife
- Everybody knows it almost always sucks. If you're only counter-jungling then they may just not reset their camps and counter-jungle you back. The speed buff is really short, and you don't have the sustain or combat Smite the enemy will have.
- Straight up buff it. Double the duration of the speed boost for killing an enemy camp, and provide the same bonus for killing Dragon/Baron. Flag each Scuttler as belonging to either side of the jungle, so one of them counts as well.
