4800Ip Next Champ

Ok so I have been saving up for a 4800 ip champion and its nearing the point where i suck in my breath and decide who to spend my hours grinding for. I am looking at Riven and Jarvan IV. I previously bought Ahri and have looked at Lee Sin(but didnt like) so count those out. I wanna ask which of the two i should buy and if neither, who else.

I don't play ADC or support btw.

I like midlane, top and jungle
