Has Riot ever considered increasing the free rotation to 15 champions?

The free rotation's been 10 champions since... I assume since its inception, I've only been around since season 3.

We're now at 143 champions, though, meaning it takes far longer than it used to to cycle through all the champions for the rotation.

Increasing the rotation to 15 would lighten that load a bit, letting new players try a larger variety of champions. Adds a bit more variety to low-level normal games which tend to be largely free champions or the 450 crew.

It's also a nerf to ARAM-only accounts, which is an added bonus.
