Season 3 Championship Summoner Icon?

For Season 2 we got a code for a Championship Icon by watching (or waiting for posts) the Championship Stream. It was based on the Championship Riven skin featuring her sword and a blue "II" for the season.

I'm asking Riot, Will we see a Season 3 Summoner Icon for the Championship Thresh?

If so, is it during the Finals? or will it be released after?
