Why no Mordekaiser VU along with rework?

The incoming poppy rework has caused me to make this post.

Miss Fortune gets reworked... new game model. Gangplank gets reworked... all of his skins get upgraded. Poppy getting reworked... every skin gets its own visual update along with splash art.

Morde still has pizza feet.

When will we be getting the full VU treatment with morde and skins?
