Something the new HUD did for me

With the old HUD I would be tunnel visioned on me and the minions so when my jungler came for a gank half the time I wouldn't even realize I was getting a gank til it was over. With the new HUD I'm much more focused on the whole lane but my global map awareness has gone down. I feel this happened since the mini map and team mate health and mana bars are harder to see and smaller. I feel once they get the scaling all sorted out this new HUD while help my overall play.
