Questions and suggestions

First off I want to state the questions I have, which I may have answered for myself as it seems pretty obvious why I get less LP per game.

Q: When players get reported for unskilled and the report goes into effect, is the effect more LP lost per game lost and less LP gained from games won? This one seemed pretty obvious because I had several toxic players tell me things like how are you Gold V etc. assuming they reported me for unskilled causing this LP thing to be placed on me.

Q: After the season ends for ranked. does the border go in effect the day after the season ends or how does it work?

Suggestions: Whenever a report goes into effect the player who got reported should be notified and get a detailed description about what is going into effect on the players account. Ex: Reported for being an unskilled player, you will have 10 games of negative effect LP on your account.

S: Having the ability to report players via champion select.. and making those who decide to not listen to the team get punished for it. Ex: Yi goes jungle as first pick, 4th picker doesn't want any other role, but jungle takes jungle (smite) and decides hes jungling now - that should be a report-able offense.
