The new Jinx video gave me an inspiration

Where Jinx wandered around shooting up the Piltover bots, I couldn't help but think, "Wouldn't it be great to have minions specific to faction on the map sometimes."

Imagine with your team had 4 demacians, and your minions were little demacian troops, or if you had 3 from piltover you could get the bots, etc.
