Why does Ezreal only have one skin with animation changes?

He is literally like one of the most animation heavy champions in the game, all of his skills are skill shots.

I would love to be able to play Ezreal with different animations, but unfortunately, Pulsefire Ezreal isn't worth the price of a Ultimate as its very outdated compared to the others, Cool skin but its not worth. (Unless you REALLY Like ezreal)
