allchat taunting should it be punishable if you do it enough or do it at a bad time?

ok. hear me out. i understand it's a game and it's pvp and there will be some competitiveness no matter what. however, when you have an intentional feeder and you are asking the other team to report them. and they are like "na. gg ez u mad" and start rubbing the loss in your face. i feel like that should be just as punishable as the troll. and it's unsportsmanlike and just plain mean. and you know if the troll was on their team they would be singing a different tune
