Is saying "I raped you in lane" a reportable offense?. I told someone in the lobby after the game in a 4v5 and said "well at least I raped you in lane" and then his whole team reported me (mind you they are in a discord on twitch https://www.twitch.tv/theisparticus.) So im asking because I have been toxic in the past and am trying to be nicer and more well behaved

Rape in itself is a touchy word since some are sensitive to it. Its considered toxic and reportable mostly off of that word alone, but I don't believe the context you meant it in "I destroyed you in lane" is reportable really.
