Is there a way to find out how much IP I've earned?

Hello, just as the post says I'd like to find out how much IP I've earned. I've never bought runes with RP (Can you even?) and I think I've only ever bought one champ with RP. I'm down to my final 3 Quints and a friend asked me if I knew how much IP it costs to unlock everything. I told him I had no idea but that I'd played a crap ton of games (I still suck though) Gold 4 before I quit playing ranked due to toxicity.

I know that clearing out everything in the game to buy with IP will probably put a damper on how much I play which sucks but I've been looking forward to it for a long time. I winced every time they lowered the price of a champ I bought before they dropped old champ prices. I never wait for new champs to drop in price so I don't know a good way to calculate it. I assume either RIOT knows or some website can scan my account.

Does anyone have any input? I'd also like to know if there's a place to find out how much RP I've spent, remember when RIOT was going to reward people who spent certain amounts of RP with something fun? Remember achievement tab? Pepperidge Farm Remembers..
