Riot, why must your client be so bad?

So basically, I was playing with my friends, and we queued up for a game, expecting to wait 5, maybe 10 minutes. Instead, we waited an hour. Why? Because of this horrible client. Seriously, it is the worst client I have ever seen in ANY GAME EVER. We get into a game, and all of a sudden my friend's game crashes. He can't rejoin, so we just accept it and wait out the ban, which is stupid because he didn't dodge on purpose or do anything wrong. We get into another game, and the same thing happens. This keeps going, until we have waited out multiple bans for multiple people. And then one of my friends needs to go, because we had to wait so long. The next day, he has a 20 minute ban for five games. [zombie-brand-facepalm] Because of your terrible client Riot, we had to waste hours of our lives for nothing. Please, fix this, it's been needed for so long but nothing has been done. You probably won't see or listen to this, but I thought I would put it out there. Thanks.
