The US Supreme Court had this to say about any product you buy: "If you buy it you own it. If you paid for it, it’s yours. You shouldn’t have to go ask permission of anybody to resell it. You shouldn’t have to worry about being sued for copyright infringement because the original copyright owner or manufacturer doesn’t like you being the person reselling it." That sounds like a wonderful start of a video game lawsuit to me.......HERE IT FN COMES RIOT!!!!!!!!!!!! HERE IT COMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Technically no, you did not buy the skins. U bought access to the skins on that account (as the skins are not tangible property.) Additionally ur account is technically owned by riot, read through the terms and conditions of use. And technicalities hold great sway in court cases. The terms and conditions, which you agreed to (in each patch before the new client) explicitly state that Riot can switch off an account whenever they feel like.

And what the frig, do some more research. That supreme court decision only applies to tangible, physical things.

I'm not sure if you're joking or genuinely serious. I hope for your sake it's the former.

A ruling of a supreme court will supersede any Terms of Service there is. DO YOU ALL KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE LAW? ANY AND ALL THINGS. ALL TERMS OF SERVICE, ALL CONTRACTS, AND ALL THINGS THAT ARE PRESENTED TO A COURT ARE OPEN TO INTERPRETATION!!!!!!!! ALL THINGS, YES THAT INCLUDES RIOTS TERMS OF SERVICE......ITS BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT GAMERS ARE BEING SCAMMED BY GAME COMPANIES THAT USE THIS SORT OF TERMS OF SERVICE. THEY BAN YOU IN HOPES THAT YOU WILL START A NEW ACCOUNT TO SPEND TIME AND MONEY ON TO REGAIN WHAT YOU HAVE HAD TAKEN AWAY FROM YOU!!!! JESUS PEOPLE LEARN SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a PDF file of a court case in which a man was suing Google because Google denied him advertising services after he violated their terms of service. The courts ruled in favor of Google in stating that their Terms of Service, that prevents the consumer from proceeding without agreeing to the contract that was above the buttons, was binding and that if the consumer clicked the agreement button, they acknowledged and willfully entered a contract. Therefore, if you agreed to Riot's TOS, you entered a binding contract and the courts will not back you. http://www.paed.uscourts.gov/documents/opinions/07D0411P.pdf
