Bonus Mystery Ski

Has anyone gotten their bonus mystery skin for buying 6 during the bilgewater event? I personally bought 8 and haven't gotten mine yet. I know riot said it will come within a week of bilgewater ending, but I'm just wondering if they've started yet. Thanks!
