Ekko character's inspiration

I am crazy to think that part of Ekko is inspired by Young Xehanort from Kingdom Hearts 3D ? I know the fighting style (Sword can compared to keyblade for using as ranged weapon or casting magic) is not the same, but the feeling about the character feels like him and the ult too.

Or am I completely wrong ? Any thought ?
