as playing practice mode for 2 days, and i wanted to get better with my skill shots but the dummy's wont move. so there pop an idea so i asked roit about the idea and they told me to share with the "internet". so what do you guys think, is riot's dev team gonna throw my idea in the trash, would you like moving targets, or should i kill myself cant wait to hear your answers

a reason it's very difficult to implement is because everyone moves differently, and using a functional algorithm will probably be very predictable unlike actual people, because, uhh, algorithm.
In addition, there is very big difference between how a bronze/silver player dodges and plat+ dodges skillshots too. Watching high elo smurfing streamers should tell u why and/or how.
on the other side if u r talking about landing 
ult on a target moving at a straight line or at a certain destination im not rly sure how useful that would be
