Gameplay bug Taric reveals

Having trouble posting... so giving up an posting here

Taric was able to reveal different targets during a period of 2 minutes, but was not able to do so aftewards. By reveal i mean the target became visible AND the "eye" icon appeared above the target's head. This happened with rengar who used ult (vi was able to attack) river crab and enemy jax.
