Good Gaming Mouse?

Hello everyone.

So my mouse is having weird disconnection problems (https://www.skial.com/threads/mouse-disconnecting-and-reconnecting.51365/) and I think I'm just gonna get a new one.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for a mouse that won't break in 5 minutes and isn't overloaded with buttons for playing WoW (something closer to this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002Q4U5DK?ie=UTF8&linkCode=as2&camp=1634&creative=6738&tag=ezvid02-20&creativeASIN=B002Q4U5DK rather than this http://www.amazon.com/Zelotes-Button-Optical-Wired-Gaming/dp/B00IFRH6JS/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1428104445&sr=1-2&keywords=gaming+mouse)

The shape of the above linked razer mouse is close to what I want, but I heard razer mouses have a tendency to break. So any suggestions? What works for you guys?

I've used the DeathAdder for a while, and I haven't had any issues with it, personally. I have smaller hands, and I find it really comfortable. ^-^

Zelote - Using it now... perfect...However chord is SHORTER then Heisenberg's hair so get an EXTENSION. (n Lights are shit bro...I couldn't ever get it to work as described. )

Death adder, had it for like 5 years... great mouse. HOWEVER

I purchased a Razer Keyboard for 80$ and it didn't even last 11 full months. I replaced my mouse, keyboard, and am working on my headset. ALL RAZER PRODUCTS... I no longer recommend them.

They have awful customer service and your buying a name.

The only other Razer product I have is ACTUALLY BELKIN. Razer just wrote the programs.

Overall, pay less replace in a year and you will be better off then a razer.

Wired mouse, although more reliable and longer lasting, can also be very uncomfortable. I use wireless and love it, when i had a wired mouse i was getting so irritated as it was getting in my way all the time...

I was using a Razer Mamba (same thing as the Death Adder, but wireless/wired combo) for a very long time, never a single issue. I switched to a Thermaltake Esports Volos though, because it has more buttons for my MMO's and more options than the Razer Nagas. The Volos wasn't too expensive and I enjoy it. Like Hugh does, I also use a Razer Nostromo (it's a Belkin model that Razer bought).

I use a mouse like the second one, different brand (AULA), same shape and such. Has been pretty good to me so far, been about 4 months since I got it and it has shown no signs of giving up any time soon. And I've played games that require a LOT of clicking. FPS, MOBA, MMORPG, Card games, Dungeon Crawlers. The design is nice, especially the thumb part, its very comfortable. It slants in all the places you would usually expect to put your fingers. In length it is about the size of an iPod 4th Gen, so it is probably meant for bigger hands. My only complaint would be the scroll pad, as its pretty loud and a bit clunky. Other than that, the design of the second one you showed is amazing, feels great in your hands.

I really like the AULA mouse, but I will say again that its only been 4 months. So who knows. Mine only cost me like $12, though. Definitely worth the price.

I've had a Death Adder for several years and it's held up fine. I like how it feels under my hand.

You want a mouse with many buttons. Being able to map items to mouse buttons will make them much easier to use than when they are mapped to the number keys.

Yeah, but how many usable items do you actually use in a game? Unless you're playing a lot of RPGs or something, you probably don't need to accest most of the slots for active effects. Stick your boots into the slot most ackward to reach, assign your trinket to the easiest, and most people shouldn't need more than two maybe three actives.
