Possibly a new definition of elo hell?

So I was thinking about the concept of elo hell and wondering if i'm in it or not. IDK and honestly don't really care if I am. I see a lot of people that think they should be in like gold or higher but say they are stuck in bronze. That's pretty ridiculous though. If you are supposed to be in gold based on your skill then I think you can at least make it to silver. I think elo hell might be though were you are better than almost everyone you play with but not quite good enough to carry hard. Maybe you are only a few tiers better but your own personal elo hell most likely isn't more than 2-4 tiers away from were you might really belong. Oh and if you average more than maybe 5 deaths a game..... You're where you belong accept it.

Anyone else have any thoughts?

Oh and I finished S4 in bronze 1 went 5-5 got bronze 3 then won 6 in a row and skipped to bronze 1 YAY!

I think there's a version of elo hell in every bracket just a little bit different. It seems if you ask anyone or when people hit gold or plat they say things along the lines of "and I thought silver was ELO hell lol". Bottom line is you get feeders and afker's at any elo that will throw the game imo.

There are quite a lot iin bronze and silver stuck there because they don't buy the right items and/or buy them on time, namely % penetration items. So maybe they're that skilled but just build their champion completely wrong.

Even the best ADC ever would still lose against 3 tanks without Last Whisper 40 minutes into the game.
