Your Main Role and Champion

Hello community of League of Legends! League of Legends is a widely diverse game from Jayce adc to even Heimerdinger jungle. The game is flowing with people who can play high ranks with their favorite champions effectively. So I was wondering 2 things; 1.) Who is your favorite champion? Do you play anything super ridiculous at like gold or plat level and win? Mine is.... which brings me to my next question.... 2.) How did you know that this champion was YOUR champion?

The problem I seem to have is, I cannot ever find my character that I enjoy. I constantly switch between fighters and mages in RPGs because I can never tell who I i am in love with. Even now in League switching between my two favorite roles of Support (Thresh/Leona being my favorite there) and my second favorite role of being Jungle (cannot find my favorite for my life) I can't tell who I can't stop playing.
As soon as my friend (who I always supported and we rarely lost) saw that his friend carried himself to Plat 5 playing support he wanted to try and replace me :'(. So I thought! Maybe if i become super skilled at this jungle stuff I will become accepted by him and be able to play jungle with all of my friends. But something never seemed right. The constant grind to become a support god was just trash now? Did i just quit my one true hope. What i am now feel is my calling?
I started to give up on support because In ranked...How do you carry yourself as support? I land the hooks, i land the stuns, i land the knock ups and yet. Where is my adc?
Writing this has now made me realize i cannot force myself into a role im not meant for. If I feel like playing support ALL day i will play support all day! Growing up very caring to people and understanding their feeling and support people through things and being that guy that is there when you need him has made me now realize that I need to play support. Helping my team while that guy who is all about brute force and chopping heads off is where I belong.

Which now leads me to my third question: Why do you feel so closely to this champion?

Now that I know i was meant for support, I feel as if i can work on game and improve more. Yeah sometimes support can get boring but i feel like now there is enough diversity from playing full on tank thresh, to ap morg support it gives me a chance to get a taste of that tank from the jungle or that damage from the midlane and yet still play support.

Clearly probably half of the people quit reading this or never even looked at it because they could care less about some guy rambling on about useless stuff he needs to figure out in his life. But for the people who do give feedback and do comment thank you for reading this and posting your favorite champions.

Have a wonderful, day, night, or even Lifetime ~kingOFtheCThresh

Thresh is my champ and supp is my spot. The first time i played this champion i had so much fun going for crazy hooks over walls (landing very few) and flipping people into my team for easy kills. It was just a great time so i decided to actually buy him (played him on free week) and have enjoyed death sentencing people ever since. the point at which i knew the champ was for me was in one of my first couple of games with him i took thresh mid because i wanted to play him a lot and supp was taken and i ended up getting first blood on the enemy Jayce and everyone was so surprised (even me), so thats why i love thresh so much.

i like jungling cause in lane when im playing nidalee for example and im up against someone i can not beat like yasuo ( yes you can beat him but if he halfly knows how to yasuo u can not really )

this means im worthles ( and ive started playing teambuilder so the most common response for a lane switch was but i chose top )

than i started playing suport nidalee and as a suport nidalee i noticed im either loved or hated allot by my team and i have to hit spears in order to be succesfull but also go in and get out alive

since i can not cs verry good and i dont feel like practising in a custom game cause f***ck that i kept playing suport nidalee and eventualy got pretty good at it i think

i noticed im really good at it when i started carrying my team ( not every game ) but a few games i had a losing team wich can not win teamfights my poke before teamfights got us the lead and eventualy made us win (while im a suport )

i stil noticed i had some weaknes for example if there is a blitz in my lane im squeeshy and basicly screwed if he pulls me i could stay between minions but this makes me unable to hit spears to

than they gave nidalee the ability to clear camps ( better )

and i really liked the nidalee jungle cause where a blitz bottem use to be a hard lane for me and a nid mid i either get kills or get screwed cause i cant cs and will fall behind i now had the freedom to pick what ever lane i see weakness in (like a Karthus mid ) and simply just kil him put him behind a ton make him feed me and once im strong enough go to that Vi top lane that would normaly rape me in lane but since i got the advantage from another lane i am now able to beat her

and if there is somethign like Irelia Fiora top i can stil give a gank by just spearing her taking away a chunk of her hp and than just not jump in... i mean a nid spear is a good gank already... if i can not gank yet my laner is losing i can go into his lane and change my playstyle to suport nidalee zone the other laner out and poke him while healing my laner ( i call it restoring balance )

than afther a while i started playing more junglers and i actualy dont play nid that much annymore at al since if the other team is having a tank top lane/suport and a tanky jungle picking nid in this meta could actualy hurt my team a bit ( dont get me wrong nid is a GREAT champ ) but Sejuani for example can peel kill squeeshys has a ton of cc and his ult basicly wins you a teamfight yet he stil has great early game gank potential ( like nid )

i think the best way to find out what champs to play is find out wich one are hard to deal with for you start playing these even if you dont master them finding out how they work might make you able to beat them

like Tryndamere when i first met this guy he was just imposible to kil once i bought him he was stil imposible to kil id win every 1v1 starting at lvl 1/2 and at level 6 i wil take your life under your turret and i wont even back afther it

than i met some guy who just simply kited me when i ulted cced me and killed me and i understood he has his weakness

I am what I call a JOATMON (Jack Of All Trades Master Of None). I can play every position with a good amount of skill. But my favorite positions are Jungle and Support. For Jungle I love playing Shyvana. She is my woman. I love this girl and everything that she is. Back when I first started league I didn't like it. I played it maybe twice then I dropped it. About six months later I was bored and decided to try it again. I was just looking through champions, checking out all the different champions, reading their lores and abilities. I eventually came across Shyvana. I read her lore and I fell in love with it. I checked out what kind of champ she was and then looked at her abilities and it only hooked me more to her. She has a really strong sense of self and loyalty, it also doesn't hurt that shes half Dragon. So, I took her into a bots match and played her. WOW, she was awesome. She had everything I was looking for. She is a strong up close champ that can take as much damage as she dishes out. She has that one ranged ability that allows her to poke a bit at range. I eventually moved into taking her into PVP. I played her top which is what most people said shew as best at. I was new at the time so I trusted my fellow players. I just couldn't play top lane for the life of me. So, I eventually was like, "Ya' know, I wanna try jungle". I went into a match set as the Jungler. Playing my girl Shyvana and I had found it. I found what I was really looking for in this game. A place where I could move as I wanted and take objectives in an almost unpredictable pattern. For a While Jungle Shyv was all I played. I never got bored of it. A while later my best friend who also played had finally found his favorite champ which led him to his position. His champ was Caitlyn. I wanted to play with him in lane and help. So I broke out of my zone and started playing support. First I tried Soraka. Then I tried Ashe, cause she was sub-classed as support. I kept trying support after support and finally landed on Sona. Holy hell, did I hit the jackpot for support when I picked her up. At first I wasn't too good, I tried playing her passive like most had suggested I play her. The more I tried being that passive support the more frustrated I got with it. I decided soon after to build her as an AP Cannon support. It worked, I was getting my partner more kills, I was netting a good amount of kills myself and we were soon becoming neigh unbeatable. Save for when the enemies would take early aggro and just keep hammering that nail. So, to bring this exceptionally long comment to a close. I can play just about anywhere, but my favorite positions are Jungle and Support. Shyvana and Sona respectively. But my all time favorite champion is Shyvana The Half-Dragon. If you actually read this whole thing, thank you for reading it and you have a good night out on the rift. summoner 12
