Power goes out, 20 minute queue Timers

Riot, why is it that when something beyond my control happens, i get 20 minute queue timers. Its a very strong rainstorm in Jersey and I cant control my power going out. If you could lift my timers, great! If you can't, make it so that other people don't get this stupid shit happening to them. This is a bunch of bull shit that needs to be fixed. I think I speak for many other people out there.

when my power goes out, i dont get that after 1 game, u had to of afk'd other times, or it doesnt make any sence

Sometimes my internet goes out, or i relog to fix lag, or extreme circumstances like I have to do something right now e.g. Pick someone up.
