help in ranked

someone plz give me some pointers as to what im doing wrong. no matter what i do in ranked i cant seem to hold a candle to anyone. i get reported for feeding, even tho im no: i just cant stop dying, even under turret. i know nomrs are alot different then ranked, but i usually roflstomp norms, 19-3 19-4 no problem. what can i do to increase my ranked performance other then "play defensively and dont feed" cuz im failing hard and need some beter advice
