Riot pls, what is with this match making?

Check out my latest game, I'm level 27 playing with 9 level 30's The people on my team are: silver 2, 3 and one gold 5 The people on enemy team are: Gold 4, 5 Plat 5 Diamond 4

How is this fair in any way? I mean if you're going to match me up with plats and diamonds at least give me gold and plat teammates at the very least..
