Give greater emphasis on Fan-made stories or creations

I think that the LoL community has a lot to offer in terms of videos, artwork and stories. A lot of videos can be found on youtube, while stories can be found on forums. The problem is that a lot of golden stuff is left unnoticed because they are not being given enough attention. I understand that the Summoner Showcase was there for that specific reason, but since that show is no longer on the community really needs a platform where it can show itself off. And using the voting system such as the 'Reddit' upvote, Riot could maybe look at a few key players that have a much larger impact. LordMoriuz for example is loved a lot by the community for his stories. Maybe have a similar concept for people with brilliant fan art or lore of their own?

These are just opinions and things I feel that would make LoL a much more enjoyable community. Yes I appreciate the fact that Riot works extremely hard in all of the games areas. They have truly expanded their fan base this year but I think they can do better with having ONE Social hub or interface where all fans can meet and show off their individual creativity.
