I Have an Idea for @Riot

So, for LeaverBuster.

   I have had a bad past with leaving games, because I would pick bad times to start games and need to leave halfway through. So I would get time bans, sometimes going for up to a week. That would make me sad. And then this new system came, with pre-game timers. I like the idea, as it would eliminate people from leaving and then just playing on smurf accounts until the ban is over, but it has gotten **really** annoying for me. Every time you try to join a game, it has a timer, for me being 20 minutes each. 

So I would join a Draft match, and the game would get disbanded because someone didn't pick a champion, and everybody got sent to the home screen. And the timer would reset. This makes me very sad. Because playing one game is enough time in your day, but then waiting an extra 40 minutes before you even start it? I say no. I think that there should be some kind of system, where you can wait however long the timer is, and then you can start the next game within 10 minutes or something right away, like paying in advance. So people who are indecisive in champion select don't make some people wait extra times.
