League Coupons/Subscription

Would it be cool if league had a subscription service that is linked to your email that every month you get coupons. Say like 3 coupons for specific skins, 2 for specific champs and one mystery skin each month, the service could be say 60$ for a year. I think it would be great and it would make players feel more devoted to the game.
