Am I the only one who is getting random lag spikes?

Like, the ping just jumps up and down all day. When the situation gets real laggy, where it shows everyone just standing still and moving as if they're levitating, I just spam my keys everywhere, including DF, hoping to spam to the point where I exploded Riot's laggy servers.

Anyone receiving the same problem as this? If not, could be just my wifi then.
