Ban reasoning

So my friend recently got a 2 week ban which I can understand due to his ragey nature but what does not make sense to me is the evidnce Riot provided for the ban :

Here are some chat logs that were identified as negative by other players in the community.

I understand the ban but I think it's silly to provide such irrelevant evidence

2 week bans went up because they're automated now for extremely toxic players who get reported "uniquely" every other game by 1+ person, be thankful it's not a perma because next one will be: no more chat restrictions, just restrain yourself leave everyone unmuted and watch them burn themselves with toxicity >:)
