Tribunal

I just have a suggestion for the tribunal. This may not be a good idea, but I just wanted to put it out there. Instead of putting people in a lower priority queue for a set amount of games, I think it would be better if you punished people by putting them in a lower priority queue for a set amount of time. I believe many players are less inclined to play off the set amount of games in which they are put in lower priority queue for.
