People shouldn't be able to freaking play ranked with champs that they don't have at level 5 mastery or higher. Dumbass idiots go to ranked to fucking try out a champ and just fucking feed and troll. We should have the ability to report people for fucking sucking ass.
People can suck ass on a champion even with a level 7 mastery, while some people are good with a level 2 mastery. It doesn't mean anything.
lol i have 15 champs lvl 6 and 7.... and i have 11 lvl 5s and a hand full at lvl 4....
to say someone cant play a champ in rank cuz their not lvl 5 on them means nothing
you legit can play a champ enough games and feed every game and suck on them and still get to lvl 5

This would mean absolutely nothing, mastery is zero indication of skill or game knowledge. Kind of interesting how you seem to have dropped from high silver to bronze IV while playing only mastery 5+ champions.
