What are the fking causes of crashes? Seriously??

I've just finished playing a Ryze game, and 2 seconds later, I managed to grab a team in Team Builder, until when it comes to champ loading, I never got in. Just multiple crashes along the way. I had to re-log in as fast as I could (and why the fukk hasnt Riot fixed that damn double log in bug....?), and manage to got in. Currently losing the match thanks to all those unreasonable crashes.

Ok, what in the world of fk causes these these of crashing bullcrap to come up randomly? My ping & internet speed is perfectly fine, it's impossible that is my fault. And don't tell me I have to relog in each time I want to play a match? Even having to go through that double log in bug????
