Snowdown Background

Since I couldn't find the snowdown background anywhere, I took the liberty of going through the league files for you guys :) Unfortuneatly its 1200 x 800 but I have a 1920 x 1080 resolution and Windows made it somehow scale perfectly without pixelation. Here ya go ^_^!
