What happened to the referrals ?
I remembered that I haven't claimed my rewards, so I tried to open the rewards page, but i couldn't. Did RIOT remove referrals ?

Yes, referrals have been removed quite a while ago.
Referrals were removed because of bots. People would create bots to fake referrals (usually meaning that bots needed to be played in game modes usually Dominion) just for the rewards. its sad, but that is what happens when you become the popular game. People want to get content fast even if it means cheating!
