A Suggestion to Riot

I have a idea. Have any of you guys ever bought rp for a skin or champ that hasnt come out yet? Well i have just bought rp for DJ Sona so i can buy it when it comes out, but the rp is "burning a whole in my pocket" so i thought wouldnt it would be cool to preorder skins or champ that are confirmed to come out. This way we could better manage the rp we buy for stuff that hasnt come out yet so we dont buy something else and not have enough for said skin or champ
