Suggestion about left over riot points

It bothers me that when I purchase Riot points I almost always have a small remainder left over. Such a small amount such as "30" that you really can not buy anything at all with it. and if I want to use them up I would need to buy more, but again more than likely I would be left with a remainder.

I understand that This may not bother everyone.

My suggestion is to do 1 of 2 things

  1. allow people to type the amount of riot points they want to buy in, making it so a specific amount of Riot points they specify could be purchased.

or

  1. allow people to add skins, champs, and anything else that can be purchased with riot points into a cart and bought. That way you get exactly what you payed for without having small amounts left over that you can not do a thing with beside save it for when and if you get more points.

That is my rant/attempt to make a difference in the land of league for the moment, Peace and Love :D

I agree that it'd be great to have a use for the ~170 RP I have left and stuff.. But from a marketing standpoint, it makes sense. Leaving us with that little bit is more motivation to get more. Already have a little, why not get a little more so I can get that sweet new skin? That kinda thing.

You also need to factor in that, if you buy more than $5 worth of RP, what's left over is often less than or equal to the bonus RP you get from simply buying more RP. For a $25 card or purchase, this is 250 RP. If you end up with less than that, then what's happened is the bonus RP Riot gives you just for buying more has actually allowed you to complete a purchase you would have otherwise been a bit short for.
