Poppy just got placed on the PBE there is usually a 2 week testing period. So don't expect it for at least another week.
patches "roughly" come out every 2 week, judging from when the snowdown events will start poppy will come out next Thursday, Tuesday the earliest you can keep up with the release time at surrender at 20 .
I guess new patch will come on Tuesday night (23:59) cause the Snowdown comes on 10th which is Thursday
