What happened to the Random Spectator?

You know, that rotation of high-level ranked games that were picked at random that you could spectate at will. What happened to that?

For a while there it was disabled so you could only spectate ARAM's, and now it's just completely gone.

I really miss that feature. I was spectating games to learn how to properly clear the jungle as certain champions and whatnot. Sometimes I'd even use it to record footage for my YouTube guides. But now it's just gone. I'm assuming they aren't fixing it because the new client's coming anyway, but I just hope it'll be back when the new client does go live.
