Never received level Six champion shard can anyone help? this may be a Problem or bug

In an Aram with my level 5 rengar I earned an S- but never received a champion level Six shard. I figured It might just be because it is Aram and it was not ready or available to Aram but then it happened again as thresh in a draft pick every time I checked back to see It was still not there. Is this a bug or what?
Does anyone know what happened or has this happened to you?
