Another 20% CD item? Was it Triforce?
I believe I read a post on surrender at 20 about another 20% Cd item in the works.
Is there actually another 20% CD item in works? Who would use it?

As I understand it, there is another 20% CDR item being made for mages, because there are mages who want CDR but think 
is a waste of time and forget that 
is fucking awesome.
oh please not a mage item, mages with cdr are way too strong, (why mages dominate urf) don't make it even easier for them
also, they need to just leave TriForce alone
I follow S@20 and I haven't seen anything specifically about a 20% cdr item.
If anything, it's either Triforce or a new item in the assassin update.
