Low Priority Queue Reset?

So I was wondering whether Rito will ever reset your Low Priority Queue time? It might sound confusing but what I mean is like if you have a 20 minute Priority Queue, will it ever reset back to 5 minutes? Or will it stay at 20 minutes forever so everytme you AFK or leave a match you will be placed at 20 minutes. I think Low Priority Queue is quite a good idea, I just think that after like say 2 weeks of good behaviour you will be put back to 5 minute queues. What do you think? Answering my question or sharing your thoughts is extremely apprecated. Thanks and have fun at LoL.
