When your saving for a new champion, like I'm saving for Thresh, you can put it on a wish list and before you buy a new champion, like I'll buy Tristana before I get Thresh, it says: "Are you sure you wan to buy this item you have: Thresh on your Wish List. So pretty much like a reminder every time your about to spend your Influence Points.

I needed it yesterday when I bought Teemo I forgot I was saving for Thresh
